The key to a successful project is first understanding the brief. It is important to us to work closely with our clients, to understand their needs and wants to make sure we create authentic and beautiful designs. This is a very collaborative stage and ask for as much feedback and imagery as possible to make sure we are on the right page.
After understanding the brief, we will present the concept designs. This element can include, floor plans showing our proposed furniture layouts, presentations of sample trays containing the proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture, window dressings and joinery concepts.
It can sometimes be difficult to imagine how everything will come together within the space. To help our client’s visualise we can offer 2D Floor plans and Elevations as well as 3D Digital Renders. Photorealistic CGIs are also possible, however these will be outsourced.
Once items are decided on, we can develop a schedule of works with you and manage the ordering and delivery process in accordance with the project timeline if required. We will keep you up to date throughout to give you piece of mind. When everything is ready for staging, we can be on hand to stage your property so it is ready for you to walk in and enjoy.
